Crushingprocess-----crusher/hammer mill

 

   If the raw material isbig logs with diameter less300mmor big timber cutter, our BX-Series Chipping andCrushing Machine is your best choices; while tear-circlecrusher/Hammer Mill is widely used to crush each kind of straw,wood chip, tree branch, bark and leftover bits from agriculturalwastes. The best moisture content in the Crushing Process is less18%, and the thickness of the wood chip is less5mm. The movingfull-wide operation door facilitates maintenance and replacement. It is widely used in various feed mills, oil plants, alcoholplants, citric acid plants, etc.

 

 

 

 

   Dryingpriocess-----Rotary Dryers

 

The best moisture content topelletizing is about 14-16%. Our new Air-Current Rotary Dryer ismade up of Burning Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can realizeto reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%, and save about 30% energyconsumption comparing the old Rotary Dryer. Our burning stove isfueled by coal and wood material, which can save electricityconsumption largely. If the users want to use the other fuel suchas gas and electricity, one Burner is necessary, but the extra costwill be charged.   

 

 

 

PelletizingProcess-----Ring die pellet mill

 

(1). The lubrication system for wood pellet milladopts the tracing and inspecting system controlled by themicrocomputer. When the temperature of the bearing is over thenormal temperature, the microcomputer will start the round closedAuto-Lubrication System to lubricate the bearings, which completesolved the trouble of lubricating roller depending on the operationexperience.  (2).Driving Gear adopts the high precision gear transmission structure.The wear bearing is made from China Biggest Bearing Manufactureraccording to our special requests. The ring die adopts the hoopfastening method, which increased the speed ofdischarge

(3). As to the ring die and roller of the pellet mill, we have thefine machining with the alloy steel, such as  40Cr andstainless steel, such as 4 Cr13 . And our heating treatment isalso different from the other domestic manufacturer,our lithium grease treatment improves theanti-abrasion of the ring die and roller more than 10 times, it cansave the production cost greatly. 

 

 

 Cooling and screeningprocess-----Pelletcoolers 

 

  Thetemperature of the pellet is about 70 degree, and the moisturecontent of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler toreduce about 3-4% moisture, in this way, the pellet is easy tostore and transport.
